It is my commitment to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Items are created with the intent to proudly display them, or to gift them to that someone special.
- All sales are final. Products are sold as non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Should there be an issue with a product, or if you are dissatisfied with your order, please email any concerns to: admin@vinylpixstudio.com
- Customized and/or personalized orders will require specific information to complete the order. This information will NOT be retained for future orders. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Also, the order details must be verified prior to submitting the order to ensure accuracy.
- Unlawful behavior, hate or racial speech, bullying, and/or spam activity will be reported to the proper authorities.
- Care instructions will be provided for the product, when applicable, and are also available on the product's page.
- Any misuse or neglect of care of items will be at the owner's responsibility.
